The certificate course (Almen fødevarehygiejnekursus, kursusnr. 45780)
The target group of this food hygiene course are employees with no vocational education – working with preparation of foods. The course is equivalent to a 3 days' attendance course.
The target group are employees working in kitchens, restaurants, grill bars, cafés, pizzerias, burger bars, petrol stations and similar. The course is imperative when preparing or heating up dishes with meat, pizzas, sandwiches and other easily perishable foods. This also applies to staff working at continuation schools, nursing homes etc, who just works in the kitchen from time to time.
The certificate course is available with Danish, Turkish or Arabic reading aloud – and with a text supplement in English, German and Italian.

Alimentas has a co-operation agreement with the Education and Training Centre of DMTC in Roskilde (Uddannelsescentret i Roskilde).
The advantage of taking the course as e-learning is that you can study where and whenever it suits you - and at your own pace. You don't need to be a super user of a computer; all you need to know is how to use a mouse.
The course is carried out using the internet and guides in an easy way the participant through the syllabus necessary to pass the final examination.
The course is finished by taking a written examination at the duration of max. 45 minutes. Alimentas comes to the place of work and holds the examination, if there are at least ten course participants.
Examinations are held centrally located in all major cities all over the country.
